A day filled with a lot of colour means we are actually enjoy and happy of what we are doing. But when the black and white world shows out, means you aren't happy and enjoy of what you are doing. This can also mean is time for you to change to a better ones. Don't waste time but to cover up everything you do, which are correct using your own time but is also what you like.
